What are your hours?

Our daycare hours at all 3 of our locations are M-F 7am-8pm, Sat 8am-6pm and Sundays 10am-6pm. Our Pearson location offer boarding drop off and pick up 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days of the year.

Can I take a tour of your facilities before I book?

Do I need to book or can I just drop in? You are welcome (and encouraged!) to tour any of our locations anytime. Best to call ahead so we can be sure someone is available to guide you.

How do I make a boarding reservation?

What are your rates for boarding?

Depending on the choice between supervised slumber and private suite, rates start as low as $59 per night.

Do you offer multiple dog/cat discounts?

We offer a number of different packages. Please call us and we can suggest the package that best suits your travel needs.

How far in advance should I book my boarding stay?

We suggest a minimum of 7 days. We can accommodate last minute plans on most nights.

What are check in and check out times at your Pearson resort?

We are available for check ins and check outs 24 hours a day, even on holidays! Please arrange times at booking.

What are the requirements for boarding?

Can I bring my own dog food?

We strongly advise you to bring your dog’s food. It is easier for your dog’s gastrointestinal system to stay on their own food than to adjust to a different food.

Can you feed my dog raw food?

We can accommodate fresh, frozen, and raw foods as well as kibble and canned foods.

Will you administer my dog’s/cat’s meds?

Yes, we can administer medications at no charge while staying with us.

Can I bring personal items for my dog’s stay?

Sometimes a t shirt of yours or their own bed or toys can help a nervous dog adjust to being away from home. If your dog is staying in a private suite, we can have these items in their room at all times. Most dogs staying in our slumber room will cuddle up with their 2 legged attendant for comfort and don’t need any reminders.

What is included in your 24 hour rate?

Our overnight rates include a full day of playcare as well as time at the pool.

Do you accept dogs that are not neutered or spayed?

We accept unaltered dogs up to 7 months of age.

What do I need to know about booking over the holidays?

Holiday weekends and over the Christmas holidays are very busy. Best to book as soon as you can to secure your dates. These peak times have a $10 per night surcharge to cover the extra staff costs.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Cancellations can be made at any time. We require a 48 hour notice to avoid any loss in deposits. Over peak and holiday periods we require 5 day notice.

How often do dogs get outside?

Dogs visit our large outdoor space many times throughout the day. We have play equipment and splash pools in the space.

What is my dog day like while they are with you?

Your dog’s day starts at 6:30-7am with breakfast, playtime until about noon (this includes the indoor pool), TV time after lunches, followed by more playtime/pooltime before dinner. Bedtime is at 8pm after a very full, active and enriching day!

What are your a la carte services?

We offer a number of add on services and a la carte treats to make your best friends stay that much more special. We list these on our reservation form.

I don’t drive; can you pick up my dog

We offer a complimentary shuttle for qualifying dogs with boarding reservations  from both of our downtown locations. Please speak to our concierge staff for more details.

Reservations for Playcare, Grooming & Bathing

How do I make a daycare reservation?

Reservations can be made by email or phone call.

How much does playcare cost?

How do I book a grooming/bathing appointment?

Appointments are best booked by phone so we can best determine the price and time required for your dog’s appointment.

How do you determine who my dog will play with?

We make these determinations daily. Decisions are made by our qualified staff based on size, age, breed and playstyle.

Are dogs supervised while in playcare?

We are a crate free facility. Dogs are never left alone. We have attendants in the rooms the entire time!

How old must dogs be to come?

We accept dogs from 12 weeks of age. See our list of requirements here.

My dog has been assessed at one location; can they use any of your locations now?

We make those determinations on a dog by dog basis. Generally speaking, most dogs can use all 3 locations. Please speak to our qualified managers to make sure all 3 locations are right for your dog!

What are drop off times for playcare?

Dogs need to be in daycare prior to 11am on weekdays and 1pm on weekends, regardless of the length of their stay. This ensures that every dog arriving is eagerly greeted by the other dogs already there and no dog is subjected to any stressful experiences.


Do all your locations have webcams?

All of our locations offer webcams for public viewing. You can access our cameras on our website or on your mobile device.

Do any dog suites at your Pearson location have cameras overnight?

Some of our suites offer night cams. Please speak to our concierge at time of booking if you would like to book a suite with a camera.
